Tony Pritzker is Managing Partner of Pritzker Group in Los Angeles and Chicago. Pritzker Group partners with management teams in leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and recapitalizations of middle market companies. Tony is co-Managing Partner with his brother, J.B. Pritzker, in the Chicago office.
Tony Pritzker is actively involved in community services and serves on the boards of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Hammer Museum, Phoenix House and American Jewish University. He is co-Chairman of the UCLA Centennial Campaign with Chancellor Eugene Block and is extremely active philanthropically.
Tony has an engineering degree from Dartmouth and an MBA from University of Chicago. He is married to Jeanne Kriser Pritzker and they have 6 children.
Tony is a Triathlete and has competed in multiple Ironman races and is in training for yet another. He also enjoys cycling, golf, tennis and especially enjoys traveling around the world with his family.
Yves has been a Partner at Upfront since its founding in 1996. Prior to Upfront Ventures, Yves managed the U.S. investments of Fourcar B.V., a division of Carrefour S.A., the second largest retailer in the world. In this capacity, he was an investor in numerous private equity investments in a number of venture capital, emerging growth and later-stage retailing transactions.
Yves has SaaS/Cloud Software and Consumer Internet / Consumer domain expertise. He has helped build $1B+ businesses in both verticals and has operational experience at a leading European retailer.
Roger Ehrenberg is the founder and Managing Partner of IA Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm investing in companies that create competitive advantage through data. IA currently is managing three funds totaling $315M: Fund I ($50M, 2010), Fund II ($105M, 2012), and Fund III ($160M, 2016).
Roger currently sits on the boards of DataSift, Direct Match, Metamarkets, Mighty, Octane Lending, Sight Machine, The Trade Desk, and Transferwise, and is a Board observer of Cognitive Logic, MemSQL, PlaceIQ, Signifyd and TellusLabs. Formerly, he served on the boards of Buddy Media, Global Bay Mobile Technologies, Magnetic, Recorded Future and Simple.
Prior to forming IA Ventures, Roger was an active angel investor through IA Capital Partners, a seed-stage investment firm focused on digital media and financial technology. From 2004 to 2009, Roger seeded 40 companies, including Buddy Media (acquired by Salesforce), Global Bay Mobile Technologies (acquired by VeriFone), Invite Media (acquired by Google), Ticketfly (acquired by Pandora), TubeMogul (IPO), and TweetDeck (acquired by Twitter).
Earlier in his career, Roger served as President and CEO of DB Advisors, Deutsche Bank's internal hedge fund trading platform. Before DB Advisors, Roger was Global Co-head of Deutsche Bank's Strategic Equity Transactions Group. As an Investment Banker and Managing Director at Citibank, Roger held a variety of roles in the Capital Structuring, Derivatives and Mergers & Acquisitions Divisions.
Roger holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting and Management from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Finance, Economics and Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.
