Chuck Ganapathi is the Founder and CEO of Tact, the company on a mission to make enterprise software more human-friendly. Tact transforms the seller experience for Fortune 500 companies by turning a salesperson’s connected device into an AI-powered smart assistant. Incubated in 2012 at Accel Partners, where Chuck served as an Entrepreneur-In-Residence, Tact has attracted additional investments from Redpoint Ventures, Upfront Ventures and Microsoft. Previously, Chuck was SVP of Products at Salesforce.com where he led some of the largest product development efforts in the company’s history, including its flagship Sales Cloud, Chatter, and Mobile products. In addition, Chuck developed CRM products at Siebel Systems, where he helped the company transition from the client-server platform to the Web.
Chuck has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from PSG Tech in India, a master’s in industrial engineering from Purdue University, and a master’s in product design and an MBA from Stanford University.
