SCHEDULE

When and where is the 2025 Annual Meeting and Upfront Summit?

The Annual Meeting will be held Tuesday, February 25th at Optimist Studios, while the 2025 Upfront Summit will be held February 26-27th at the Intuit Dome.

Upfront Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Feb 25th will be at Optimist Studios near LAX. You can find our AGM agenda HERE.

Our Annual Meeting will begin at 11:30 AM and run until about 6 PM, followed by a networking cocktail reception with ~200 Upfront and non-Upfront LPs.

AGM Venue & Directions:

You may use rideshare or drive; there is a free parking lot across the street. See map below.

Shuttles:

  • If you are staying at the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, Marina del Rey Marriott or the Jamaica Bay Inn, there will be transportation available from Optimist Studios at the end of the evening, at 7:15 pm, 8:15 pm and 9:00 pm.

  • Please meet in front of the Optimist Studios building 5 minutes beforehand if you plan to take a shuttle at any of these times.

2025 Upfront Summit

Both days of the Upfront Summit will be held at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA. Please see the full agendas below -

Upfront Summit Venue & Directions:

All guests must access the event via the West Garage on S Prairie Ave; all parking & ridesharing will be directed to the 2nd floor of the West Garage. See map below for details. Please plan travel times accordingly to account for LA traffic.

Parking/Rideshare Address:

  • West Garage: 10117 S Prairie Ave., Inglewood, CA 90303

  • Once parked/dropped-off on the 2nd floor, please proceed to the Pedestrian Bridge for security clearance and registration check-in (you will see signs to guide you & elevators are available if needed)

Registration & Security:

Registration will open at 7:30 AM on both days. All attendees must go through a venue security checkpoint upon arrival in the garage on the 2nd floor and you will need to show ID at check-in to receive your Upfront Summit badge, even if you have a badge from the day before. For this reason, please plan for an extra ~15 minutes to clear both checkpoints. (The West Garage is open 24/7 so you may arrive earlier.)


TRAVEL & HOTEL

I’m not from Los Angeles; what hotels should I stay in?

The Ritz Carlton, Marina del Rey will be the ‘home base’ hotel for the Upfront Summit. You can see all of our current hotel recommendations below, which are all ~20 minutes from our venue; however, we cannot guarantee availability. We suggest guests book promptly via the link or call directly. 

What airport should I fly into? 

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately within 20 minutes from the venues and hotels. For those arriving from out of town, we recommend flying in the night before to take advantage of the fun “unofficial” networking that always happens around the Upfront Summit.

Do I need transportation to and from the venues? 

Rideshares such as Uber, Lyft, and Alto are available around the city. We will share more details on parking and rideshare information closer to the event.


ATTENDANCE

What do I need to show for check-in at the event? 

We ask all attendees to show a valid government-issued photo ID prior to entry/registration check-in. 

Will there be a coat/bag check-in on site? 

Yes, you’ll find a place to check in your bags/coats upon registration. 

What is the dress code? 

Because it's an all-day event, we recommend wearing business casual attire and comfortable shoes. Suits and ties are not required - it's LA, after all! The venue will be indoor-outdoors so please plan for sun as well as cool evenings.

I can't make it to the event anymore, how do I cancel?

Please email summit (at) upfront (dot) com to let us know if you won't be able to make it. At this point, we are no longer able to provide any refunds for registration fees but may be able to transfer the fee to another senior member of your team.

I know someone who wants to really attend; can I invite them?

As much as we’d like to invite everyone, our current capacity constraints won’t allow us to add additional guests. 

I have special accessibility needs / kosher dietary restrictions; can you accommodate me?

Will there be a mother’s room onsite?
