When and where is the 2026 Upfront Summit?

The 2026 Upfront Summit will be held Thursday, February 26th at Nya Studios.

The detailed agenda will be shared in February, but the day will run from about 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, followed by a blowout closing party.

HOTEL & TRAVEL

I’m not from Los Angeles; what hotels should I stay in?

Our discounted hotel blocks have sold out, but we recommend the following hotels, all of which are close to Nya Studios.

What airport should I fly into? 

We recommend out-of-towners fly in the night before to have plenty of time to take advantage of the “unofficial” networking that always happens around the Upfront Summit. Ubers and Waymos should be plentiful in the area for every venue and networking event.

• LAX Airport (1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045) is about 50 minutes from the venue

• Burbank Airport (2627 N Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505) is about 30 minutes away

ATTENDANCE

What do I need to show for check-in at the event? 

We ask all attendees to show a valid government-issued photo ID prior to entry/registration check-in. 

Will there be a coat/bag check-in on site? 

Yes, you’ll find a place to check in your bags/coats upon registration. 

What is the dress code? 

Because it's an all-day event, we recommend wearing business casual attire and comfortable shoes. Suits and ties are not required - it's LA, after all! The venue will be indoor-outdoors so please plan for sun as well as cool evenings.

I can't make it to the event anymore, how do I cancel?

Please email summit (at) upfront (dot) com to let us know if you won't be able to make it. At this point, we are no longer able to provide any refunds for registration fees but may be able to transfer the fee to another senior member of your team.

I know someone who wants to really attend; can I invite them?

As much as we’d like to invite everyone, our current capacity constraints won’t allow us to add additional guests. 

I have special accessibility needs / kosher dietary restrictions; can you accommodate me?

Will there be a mother’s room onsite?

Yes, please email us at summit (at) upfront (dot) com, and we’ll get back to you with room details closer to the event date.
